Discover the Art of Professional Therapeutic Massage

Whether you are booking 60 or 90 minutes; full body, or targeted work, each session is designed to ease tension and bring the body back into balance. Every massage is guided by what your body needs most that day, with focused, intentional work throughout. Swedish techniques use smooth, flowing movements to ease tension and improve circulation. The effects will help calm the nervous system while working through areas of restriction within the muscles and fascia. An extended session creates space to unwind patterns of discomfort while restoring a sense of ease and natural movement for lasting relief.

Heated basalt stones are used to gently warm the muscles, allowing for deeper, more effective bodywork while promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. The same Swedish techniques are applied as warmth brings the tissue to a more workable state, more quickly. This service is only available at 90 minutes; with more time and more intentional work, the body can fully unwind while we work through layers of restriction and holding.

A focused treatment designed to release deep tension and improve movement through targeted areas. Cupping helps lift and separate tissue, bringing negative pressure rather than positive pressure with traditional massage techniques. This helps bring stagnant blood and waste from deeper layers up through the surface, making space for better circulation and relief where the body feels stuck. This service is available as a standalone 45-minute session, or as an add-on to another treatment.

Cupping - can be incorporated into your session, apart from Hot Stone, to help release deeper restrictions and improve mobility in specific areas that need extra attention.
Aromatherapy - Essential oils of your choice are thoughtfully applied into your session to support a deeply relaxing and a more grounding, sensory experience.

Meet Erin
Entering the world of Massage Therapy during the pandemic, it quickly became clear that this was where I was meant to be. I graduated from the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in 2023, excelling in both academics and hands-on clinical work, yet it is my passion for connecting with people that truly shapes my growth as a therapist. I see the body as a complex puzzle, and it is incredibly rewarding to help unravel muscle dysfunction, release fascia restrictions, ease pain, and restore balance. My room is your safe space - a place to pause, unwind, and be fully cared for - and it is my mission and privilege to provide this nurturing, restorative experience for years to come.
